Accommodation

The apartment is in excellent order throughout and offers fantastic waterside accommodation. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with wrought iron four-poster frame. A sofa bed offers further bedding in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and there is plenty of cutlery and crockery for four people, a two ring ceramic hob, built in microwave oven and a good sized fridge, the worksurface doubles up as a handy breakfast bar also.

The bathroom is superbly presented with good sized bath with shower attachment and washbasin. There is a separate w.c.

From the lounge the patio doors open out onto the paved terrace, which is is elevated about six feet (2 metres) above the quayside path and offers a captivating view of the canals outside! There is plenty of room for the table and four garden chairs, together with the two cushioned sun loungers.

Parking is available in the roof top public car park just a few yards across the road from the apartment.
